Sons of Anarchy – Time for Retribution
Have to hand it to Gemma—her timing was perfect. I was aching for her to divulge her secret sooner, but the writers knew best. As the club’s matriarch, she will be the one to hold SAMCRO together. Notice how Jax picked up his VP and Redwood Original patches when he left Gemma’s? Hopefully this will bring him back into the fold, and out of Nomad land. Revenge will be intense, bloody, and oh so sweet.
I admit that I got the previous week’s outcome all wrong. I thought that Clay would hold the blame for torching Cara Cara at least for a few more episodes. Instead, without the blame at Clay’s doorstep, Jax entertained second thoughts about going Nomad ; that is, until Clay admitted that he wanted him out.
Now, I’m afraid for Chibs. He made the deal with Agent Stahl to provide information on the IRA contacts in Charming in exchange for ex-wife Fiona and daughter Kerianne’s safety from Jimmy O. He has also demanded that they ensure that the charges Zobelle has against SAMCRO be dropped. However, the fact that he’s working with the Feds instead of bringing the issue to club vote will infuriate Clay and SAMCRO. On the other hand, by doing so, it would play right into Jimmy’s hands. Let’s just say that he’s in a no- win situation. Also what bothers me is that he as well as anyone knows that Agent Stahl is no one to guarantee anyone’s safety. In any event, Jimmy O has my vote for the most evil character on the show…at least for now.
Back to Fiona. Why does Gemma claim that she is so afraid of her? Other than she’s 3rd generation IRA and is now Jimmy O’s wife, what else do we need to know? I bet quite a bit.
Talk on the boards is that Opie is going to find out the truth about Donna’s murder very soon. I don’t know the credibility of that, but with everything else going on, I can’t wait until Tuesday!
